All shipments for gallery works, books, and tourist items that are readily available are processed within 5-7 business days.
All shipments for gallery artworks, which are available upon request, are processed within 10-20 business days.

• All purchases over 150€ are shipped for free.

Return Policy
In an effort to meet our customers’ expectations regarding the products they choose from our company, we offer the option of returns for all tourist products and books, for exchange or a full refund within 14 calendar days from the date of product delivery, based on the delivery documents, provided that they meet the following terms. Please note that:
• We reserve the right to reject product returns that do not adhere to the terms of the return policy mentioned below.
• You may also be asked to cover the shipping cost of returning items to you in case the specifications are not met.
• Due to the uniqueness and authenticity of the original artworks (paintings, mosaics, sculptures, etc.) offered for sale by our company, changes to them are not accepted once the correct product has been shipped with appropriate packaging.
The following terms apply to all tourist souvenirs and books available for sale and must be met for product returns to be accepted by our company:
• The return/exchange request should not exceed 10 business days from the delivery date based on the delivery documents.
• All returns and exchanges must be in the original condition in which you received the product.
• In the event of an error on our part, returns are accepted provided you notify us within 5 business days. We will fully refund the amount corresponding to the order value and cover the shipping costs or provide a replacement product at our expense.
• If there is no error on our part, only the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, and we will refund the product value only.
• Your money will be refunded within 30 days from the return and receipt of the products by us.
• For the refund, you must provide us with the account to which you want the deposit to be made. A retail receipt is required for returns. In the case of an invoice, the return should be accompanied by a shipping document.
