Biography
The painter Chrysanthos was born in 1979 in Patras, where he lives to this day. His love for painting began at a very young age, and he worked in various jobs for several years.
At some point, he embarked on his own artistic journey, working countless hours creating numerous paintings. In 2010, he held his first solo exhibition in Patras, and since then, he has participated in numerous group exhibitions in Patras, Athens, Thessaloniki, and various other locations in Greece.
He started working with tempera on paper and in recent years has mainly used acrylics on paper, with a focus on portraying people with all their emotional and expressive nuances.
His personal artistic style reflects a free realism in which people and scenes move within the framework of the social fabric. He is an active member of the “Kostis Palamas” Association of Fine Arts in Patras, actively contributing to its initiatives and activities.
