Artist Biography
The artist was born and raised in Evinochori, Mesolongi, Greece. She pursued her studies in Athens and Thessaloniki, and throughout her professional career worked as an Engineering Technologist, at the Ministry of Finance, and later as a kindergarten teacher.
Although she was introduced to drawing at school, it was her love of color that inspired her to begin painting, largely through self-study with the help of art books. After retiring, she attended painting courses in Mesolongi and Patras, where she also participated in several group exhibitions.
Since March 2025, she has been a member of the “Kostis Palamas” Fine Arts Association of Patras.
In her own words, painting is a means of communication, joy, learning, and creativity. It enriches the present and spreads color into the future.
