“On the way” – Paraskevi Fotopoulou

Artist Biography:

She was born and raised in Evinochori, Messolonghi. She studied in Athens and Thessaloniki. She worked in engineering firms as a Technological Engineer, at the Ministry of Finance, and as a Kindergarten Teacher. She was taught drawing at school, but she developed a love for color and began painting with the help of coloring books. Now retired, in recent years she has attended painting classes in Messolonghi and Patras, where she has also participated in group exhibitions. Since March 2025, she has been a member of the Fine Arts Association of Patras “Kostis Palamas.”

As she herself says, painting for her is communication, joy, learning, and creation. It beautifies the present and spreads colors into the future!
